My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Crookedy!

Crookedy is a one-of-a-kind pup with a name as quirky as his personality! Life hasn’t always been kind to this sweet boy. He was heartbreakingly pushed out of a vehicle, but thanks to a kind-hearted human, his story didn't end there. Now, he’s looking for a forever home where he can finally relax and be cherished for the gentle, goofy soul he is.

Crookedy is 100% heart and 0% drama. He thrives in calm, loving environments with people who understand that the best dogs aren’t always the easiest, they’re the ones who love the hardest. He may take a little time to learn his surroundings, but once he trusts you, he’s yours forever. If you’re the kind of person who believes every dog deserves a second chance (and who doesn’t mind sharing your couch with a Kong-loving king), Crookedy just might be your perfect match.

Crookedy is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. If you are interested in adopting Crookedy please fill out an application at al-van.org/adopt.
