Kobe, previously known as Dracula, is an owner return. He was depressed and not himself in their home. They did not have a fenced in yard or another dog for him to play with.
We truly believe that Kobe would do best in a home with another dog with playful, fun energy. He settles down easily and just wants to be with his people.
