My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a dog who's handsome, enthusiastic, and fun as heck? Meet Noopy, your future best friend!

Noopy is a little over two years old and weighs about 60 pounds—right at the top end of medium-sized, with the heart of a lap dog. (And yes, he will try to sit on your lap!) This pibble mix is full of personality and charm, with a striking coat and bright, expressive eyes that sparkle with curiosity and excitement.

He’s always up for an adventure—walks, hikes, backyard zoomies, or anything involving toys and attention. He pulls on the leash a bit, but it’s just because he’s so excited to be out and about. With a bit of guidance and consistency, Giles is well on his way to being the best boy.

Noopy already has the good boy genes—he just needs a little help turning them into good boy manners. And he's gonna learn all that at Mutts with Manners!

More about this shelter

The Danville-Boyle County Humane Society accepts both stray animals and owner-surrender animals from Boyle County. We work hard to find loving forever homes for all adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. We also have a low cost spay/neuter clinic for low income pet owners from Boyle County and the surrounding area.
