My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brie: A Sophisticated Lady with Extra Love to Give I'm Brie, and I've been waiting for you! At 7 years young, I've mastered the perfect balance of playful charm and dignified grace. My soft fur is just begging for gentle scratches, and I promise to reward you with the most heartfelt purrs you've ever heard. Life hasn't always been simple for me. I'm what the humans call 'diabetic,' but don't let that scare you away! I'm an absolute champ about taking my twice-daily medication (the shelter staff says I'm their most cooperative patient), and my condition is beautifully controlled. The best part? My friends at the shelter are so committed to my happiness that they'll cover all my vet visits as long as you use their trusted veterinarian—how's that for an amazing support system? When I'm not being a perfect patient, I'm busy perfecting the art of companionship. Since I'm already declawed, I'm all about gentle interactions and would never dream of scratching your furniture. Instead, I'll show my affection by curling up beside you during movie night, greeting your guests with my irresistible charm, and making you laugh with my playful antics. I may not be a kitten anymore, but that just means I know exactly who I am—a sociable, loving companion who wants nothing more than to be the highlight of your day. I've outgrown the wild kitten phase and settled into my personality: part dignified lady, part playful friend, and 100% devoted companion. Every morning when you wake up, I'll be there with a gentle head bump to start your day with love. Every evening when you return home tired, I'll be waiting to listen to your stories while providing the comforting presence only a best friend can offer. The shelter has been wonderful, but I dream of a window sill to call my own, a special spot on your couch, and most importantly, a human to love unconditionally. Could that human be you? My bags are packed (well, really just my favorite toy mouse), and I'm ready to make your house feel more like home. Won't you give this sweet girl a second chance at the happily-ever-after she deserves? Ask about bringing Brie home today—she's been waiting just for you!May 15, 2025, 4:26 pm
