My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌞 Meet Abbie — Your Golden Girl With a Heart of Sunshine

Abbie is a senior sweetheart with a heart as bright as her name. She came to us as a stray from a high-intake shelter, but from the moment she arrived, it was clear she was meant for a life full of love, comfort, and happiness. Her foster says she’s absolutely perfect—gentle, affectionate, charming, and easy to adore. And yes, she has a little quirk: 🎾 she is obsessed with tennis balls (maybe a bit more than most!).

Abbie gets along beautifully with other dogs, adores kids, and showers everyone she meets with tail wags, kisses, and snuggles. She’s thriving in her foster home and is more than ready to settle into her senior sunshine forever home, where she can spend her golden years feeling safe, loved, and cherished.

Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and overflowing with love, Abbie is just waiting for someone to share life — and cozy couch snuggles — with her. Her foster thinks she’s perfect, we think she’s perfect, and we’re certain you will too. 💛

More about this rescue

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
