Connor is a cuddly, gentle, little Shih Tzu boy. He is about 2 years old and 11 pounds. Connor came from a home undergoing tragic circumstances. He arrived with a painful, very abnormal, infected right eye, which could not be saved, and was urgently removed surgically (5/2/25). His left eye is normal and has good vision. Connor is healing beautifully and no longer suffering. Each day he becomes brighter and more playful, as his true personality emerges.
Connor is truly a little sweetheart, who is very friendly and just a joy to be with. He loves all the affection and attention he receives. Connor enjoys cuddling in a lap, lots of petting and belly rubs, and playing silly hand games. He is super cute, with a gentle way about him that is very endearing. Once your application has been approved we will schedule an appointment for you to visit our shelter and dogs and take home with you.

We have an adoption contract that must be completed and approved. We require vet and personal references as well home checks. Our normal response time is approximately 7 to 10 working days. Our Adoption Committee works very hard to place our dogs in environments where they will be most likely to succeed. Please understand that we have more applications than we do dogs and that if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, we currently do not have a dog who we feel would match your needs.
Our fee includes neuter or spay, all shots, and snap test for heartworm/erlichia/lyme. We take care of whatever their medical needs might be before they are adopted. WE ADOPT TO ALL OF FLORIDA AS WELL AS OTHER STATES. WE DO NOT SHIP
