Pasta is the sweetest seven year old sato who had to leave his home through no fault of his own. His family was very torn up about it - they loved him dearly, but a changing household situation meant they were no longer the right place for him.
Pasta has unfortunately been a tricky boy to place, because despite being the most loving, loyal companion, he does have a few quirks that have limited his options. Aside from the fact that he is a big boy at 70 lbs, Pasta needs to be the only animal in the home and would prefer an environment without young children. Because he has been transferred to several different temporary fosters at this point, he has begun to develop some anxiety and needs stability and an enduring routine more than ever. We need to find this deserving boy his forever home, as his current foster placement is about to end and we strongly believe he should not bounced around anymore.
We are looking for an adopter with no other animals in the house, who is dog savvy and has the patience / commitment to take on an older pup with a turbulent history. He would also do better outside of the city, where there are fewer sounds and people to make him nervous. All of his fosters have told us that he has the kindest heart and clearly just wants to be cherished and chosen for good. Pasta enjoys couch naps, long walks and sniffs, and just being close to his human. Pasta deserves the world and we are determined to send him home just one final time.
