If you would like to submit an application for a particular cat, go here: http://www.jotform.com/form/10473215705.
We take applications in the order they come in. We limit adoptions to St Charles county municipalities, St Louis city and county municipalities.
Lewis is 2 years old. He's a very sweet boy that gets along with everyone. He lives with a cat friendly dog that pretty much ignored him. He has lived with other cats. He has a very calm demeanor and loves attention from his person. He tested negative for feline leukemia, he tested positive for FIV and will be retested. He doesn't ask for much, good nutrition, lots of love, and a peaceful environment. FIV cats don't need any extra care than cats that don't have FIV. He can live with another FIV negative cat as long as the resident cat is neutered and friendly towards other cats. He has slept with other cats and is tolerant of cat friendly dogs. He has been neutered, up to date on shots, microchip. $65

More about this rescue
We are an IRS certified, 501(c)(3) non-profit charity (so all donations are tax-deductible) and all of our foster homes are licensed by the state of Missouri. Because we are an all-volunteer charity, all donations go directly to helping animals in one way or another.
Our purpose is to promote interest and participation in the rescue, foster, and adoption of animals from area pounds and from owners who can no longer take care of their animals due to age/illness/death. We strive to match animals in need with committed adoptive homes. In addition, we are strong advocates of spaying or neutering your pets. When funds permit, we sometimes provide help for those who can't afford to have their pets spayed or neutered.
Our first priority is to rescue dogs and cats from the pounds, particularly those that are to be euthanized soon. As space allows, we also accept strays that are turned in by people who rescued them from the streets.
