Gizmo is 6-year-old dog and has been with us for far too long. His past experiences have shaped him into a cautious companion, particularly around new furry friends. It’s important that any potential adopters understand the need for a gradual and thoughtful introduction to other pets to help him feel secure in his new environment.
Given his history of facing hunger, Gizmo requires separate feeding to ensure he receives the nutrition he needs without feeling threatened by other animals. He thrives best when routines are established, allowing him to gain confidence and trust.
Gizmo dreams of a perfect forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and cherished. With patience and understanding, he will undoubtedly blossom into a loyal and devoted companion. If you’re open to providing a nurturing environment and willing to give Gizmo the time he deserves, you could be the one he has been waiting for.
Out of respect for our foster’s time and privacy we do NOT arrange meet and greets without an application on file. Therefore the first step in our adoption process is to fill out the form on our website. We have one form that is printable and one that is an on-line fillable form. Our agency is ran by volunteers. We will get back to you as quickly as we can. If you have specific questions please email us at graingerhumane@yahoo.com. We do not have a shelter location with regular hours.
