This sweet boy's journey started when he was surrendered to another shelter at just 17 weeks old. We welcomed him to our facility in May 2025, hoping a fresh start would help him find his forever home. Now, at 1 1/2 years old, he's still waiting, and we can't understand why.
Despite his past, Toledo is an absolute sweetheart. He loves cuddles and is a total goofball, adoring our staff and volunteers, but it's not the same as having a family. He is a gem on a leash. He loves car rides and pup cups. He loves to play with toys, but hasn't mastered fetch. He truly just wants to be with people.
He seems to get along with other calm and kind dogs, as always, slow introductions are best.
