Hello Everyone - my foster human calls me “Halston,” but most people usually call me “OMG he’s so cute!” Seems like a weird name, but whatever; you two-legged people are kinda weird.

Aside from being ridiculously adorable, I am also a happy, occasionally goofy, always cuddly puppy. I love to play with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, and am always ready for an adventure. I do well in the car, and love to be out in public meeting my adoring fans. I have really good leash manners and am always up for a walk, though I’m still a puppy and do sometimes get distracted by other dogs and people. I'm sometimes a little stubborn, but will take cues from the dogs around me. I am crate trained, though I may occasionally mark my territory indoors. I promise I’m working on that. I’m also working on not jumping on people, but it’s soooo hard because I get so excited to meet you all.

I’m still working with my foster human on basic commands. I know “sit” and “stay,” and with just a little work, I'm going to make a great addition to someone’s family.... could it be you?

ADOPTION FEE: $300 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained)

DO NOT: USE THE PETFINDER CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those and you will not receive a response.

PLEASE NOTE: We are volunteer based and a home visit is required; we have a two-hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions for our ADULT dogs only, though rare, may be made on a case-by-case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
