Pinky Promise really does promise to be the BEST friend to everyone. Really, this super social angel must say hello to everyone she encounters. She is like an Ambassador of Love! Incredibly beautiful Pinky Promise came to HRA from another shelter in hopes of finding a wonderful home soon. She is a friendly, frisky miss who would love to go for long walks followed up with sweet snuggles on the couch. Pinky is also super smart and knows `paw,` `touch,` and `sit.` When you meet her, she`ll be very excited to show off her paw/shake trick. ;-) She really is just a wonderful dog! So, get to HRA fast - we promise you, that you will not be disappointed with precious Pinky Promise.

Our doors are open for adoptions from 12 PM to 7 PM every day, offering you ample time to visit and meet your potential new companion. Please arrive no later than 6:30 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to interact with our adorable pups.
Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Be sure to bring a leash for your new dog or a carrier for your new cat or small animal. Most animals are ready to go home with you right after you meet them!
Can't make it in person? No problem! We offer virtual adoptions for animals in foster homes. From the comfort of your own home, you can browse our pets online, set up virtual meet and greets, and even conduct adoption counseling sessions.
