We have a short two page adoption form/contract that asks simple reference and care questions as well as lists the quality of life that the owner is expected to uphold.
Our adoption fees are:
DOGS:
Dog Adoption Fee: $250.00 Fee includes, Spay/Neuter, Heart Worm Tested, wormed, flea prevention, Microchipped and vaccinated.
CATS:
Cat Adoption Fee: $100.00 Fee includes, Spay/Neuter, Feline Leukemia Tested, wormed, flea prevention and vaccinated.

We are a small private 501(c) nonprofit shelter located in the rural panhandle of Florida. We take in stray cats and dogs as well as owner turn ins. We also try to help out our fellow local shelters and rescues by taking in their overflow and saving dogs on the euthanasia list at animal control. We run entirely off of public support and donations.
