My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Cassie, and it`s great to meet you. I came from Texas for my new beginning here in Colorado. I have a fun, outgoing personality once I feel safe and loved. While the people here at the shelter think I am great and have been wonderful to me, I want a home! I would love some windows to watch all the birds from and a really comfy couch and bed to sleep on. If you think I am super cute, wait until you meet me in person.

Give the shelter a call at 719-686-7707 to let them know when you would like to come in and see me!

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).
