The Sweet Giant Looking for His Kingdom
Hi, I’m Mufasa — a big, loving, goofy guy with an even bigger heart. I’m the kind of dog who just wants to be with you. Room to room? I’m there. Couch time? I make an excellent weighted blanket. Quiet moments? I’ll be your loyal shadow.
I’m smart, well-trained, and easygoing. I enjoy playing fetch and going for nice walks, but I don’t need nonstop activity to be happy. Honestly, I’m pretty content lounging around most of the day, soaking up love and keeping my people company.
I’m deeply affectionate with my humans and incredibly loyal. Once I trust you, I’m all in — slobber, devotion, and all.
🏡 Mufasa’s Ideal Home
I’m looking for a calm, structured home where I can truly thrive.
✔️ A small family (1–3 people)
✔️ A home with a yard (fenced or unfenced) or access to a quiet park or grassy area
✔️ Humans who enjoy walks and long naps
✔️ Someone confident, patient, and consistent — I need humans who lead with calm guidance
I prefer to be the king of my castle, so I need to be:
🚫 No cats
🚫 No other dogs
I also have a strong prey drive, so a home without small animals is a must.
🐾 Training & Support Needs
I’m already well trained — I just need someone who will continue my training, reinforce boundaries, and help me feel safe and secure. I do best when my humans are clear leaders and advocate for my space while I build trust and respect.
My future family should be aware of my bite history and committed to setting me up for success by avoiding situations that could be stressful or unsafe for me or others. With the right environment and understanding, I shine.
Breed experience is a big plus, but most important is patience, confidence, and consistency.

All Dogs/ Puppies/ Cat/ Kittens are up to date on everything as far as vaccines Spay/Neuter and Flea/Heartworm Prevention. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there is a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee -Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Mercy Full Project cover vet bills, maintain their facility and cover the cost of their operations to rescue more animals in need
