My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy: Your Perfect Senior Companion

Daisy is an 8-year-old Collie-Shepherd mix, a senior girl with a heart as big as her charming personality. Weighing in at a healthy 60 pounds, Daisy is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed. She's fully vetted and housetrained, making her a low-maintenance addition to any loving home.
Daisy's Story
Daisy has spent her life being a loyal and loving companion. Sadly, her owner had to transition to hospice care, leaving her without a home. This sudden change has been quite a challenge for her, as she finds herself a senior dog navigating the world alone. Despite her circumstances, Daisy remains a happy girl, albeit a bit confused and in search of a cozy, loving home.
Why Daisy is the Perfect Companion
Daisy is ideal for anyone looking for a loyal, affectionate companion. Her years of experience as a family dog have shaped her into a gentle and loving soul, ready to bring warmth and joy to her new home. Whether you're looking for a snuggle buddy on the couch or a companion for quiet walks, Daisy is ready to fill your life with love and companionship.
Adoption Details
To help Daisy find her forever home, we've reduced her adoption fee to $325—a savings of $300. This makes it easier for you to welcome a fully vetted, loving companion into your life. Daisy is available for adoption through Barking Mad Animal Rescue, where she awaits a new family to call her own. Daisy needs to really get out of this Texas heat...she needs an inside spot in her own home.
