What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Calypso is a Red Heeler who survived parvo as a small pup and is very playful but a little shy at first. Calypso’s mother was dumped on a dirt back road a few miles from our house. We took her in and surprise! 3 weeks later she had 8 puppies! We were able to rehome 6 of the pups but ran out of trusted people to rehome the puppies with so we ended up keeping Calypso and her sister Boots (who we will make a separate listing for). After about 9 months we have decided that 3 dogs in our small house is too much for our growing family, so we are going outside of our local reach to hopefully find a loving home.
Calypso is part Blue Heeler/Cattle dog and part unknown since her momma came to us pregnant. She is good with other dogs so far and has regular play dates with the neighbor dog next door. Thank you for considering me!
