Sweet, petite, and full of personality—Penny is ready to meet you!

This little lady is as lucky as she is lovable. Smart and eager to please, Penny is already learning commands like sit, stay, come, and turn around. She’s even tried her paw at agility—and jumped right in with enthusiasm!

Penny walks well on a leash, enjoys naps with her person, and adores affection. She gets along wonderfully with people and other dogs. While she’s not a big barker, she’ll let you know if someone’s at the door. One of her favorite pastimes? Perching on the back of the couch to keep an eye on the world outside.

Penny’s got heart, smarts, and a whole lot of love to give. Ready to bring home your lucky charm?

We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
