Charlemagne (Maine Coon, purebred)
Charlemagne is a stunning 3-year-old purebred Maine Coon. He has had a rough life as a breeder being in a cage and then dumped outside. Poor boy has not had much of a chance at socialization, but he has learned in his foster home that people are awesome since they give food. He is very good motivated.
He needs a quieter home, no small children, with a young cat companion.
He must go home under our Companion Cat Policy. He must go to a home with another young cat or be adopted into a home already housing a young cat, under the age of 4. No exceptions.

He is in a foster home in Ennis, Texas. His adoption fee is $650.
Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states. Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
All cats are considered mixed breeds unless otherwise stated. As a rescue, we often don’t know a cat’s origins, and do our best to guesstimate their breed. This is not a guarantee. We do get purebreds from time to time and that will be stated in their description if known.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
