Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Banban is a cute male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on March 12, 2025 along with his brother (Nabnab), his sisters (Opila & Truffletoot), and his beautiful mother (Banbaleena) after they were found in Marietta Ohio. Banban and his siblings were tiny 2-week old babies at that time, and their mother raised them to be happy, healthy youngsters in our shelter (with a little help from our compassionate HSOV Kennel Techs).

Banban has a sleek black short smooth coat, a long tail, and a precious (rather mischievous-looking) face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.

Banban and his brother Nabnab are nearly identical twins except that Nabnab has a small patch of white on his chest.

Banban was given vaccinations and wormer on May 9, 2025. He weighed 2 lbs that day. Banban was given booster vaccine on May 20th and weighed 3.5 lbs.

Banban & Nabnab are currently sharing a double-wide cage in our Jungle Room. These little guys are the ultimate playboys and spend their days playing non-stop before snuggling up for a kitten nap.

Banban was neutered on May 12, 2025 and was given rabies vaccine. He weighed 2.8 lbs that day.

These photos were taken on May 22, 2025 when HSOV Volunteer Wendy Irvin assisted Banban with his 'big boy' pictures, and he was a willing participant as he scampered around our 'studio' showing us his adorable stances.

Banban and his brother Nabnab are being listed as a bonded pair since we feel that it is in their best interest to remain together ... (and remember that kittens do much better in pairs). These little sweethearts are ready to find a fabulous home either through adoption or rescue.

Update: Nabnab was adopted on July 10, 2025, so the boys were separated .. But not to worry .. Banban has joined his two sisters (Opila and Truffletoot) in their triple decker cat tower in the lobby of our shelter, and they are now a happy trio. They would make a tremendous trio of kittens in your home (hint, hint).
