LoveBug Alert - He is seeking a committed relationship with someone who enjoys Netflix & Chill; Crime Documentaries or National Geographic shows about Penguins are his favorite.
He was loved and well cared for until his Owner’s dementia interfered with caring for both of them. He is now fostered with several dogs and a bit overwhelmed but doing well, he wouldn’t mind being an only child again. He likes showing off his tricks and being the center of attention. Toby likes going on walks and car rides.
Toby will need time to warm up to a new home. He can be a flight risk in a new situation or he will roll over and play dead/scared and show his teeth. Lots of drama for a 18 lb dog - Breed guess is Pekingese & Jack Russel Mix with his irresistible fluffy curly tail. Age guess is 6 years old.
FOSTERED IN TEXAS. *Adoption Fee includes fee by van transport to PNW, Midwest or NY-NJ-CT-VA-VT states by pet transport partners (or) *Eligible for travel by Southwest Airlines with SWATT Volunteers riding in the cabin of the plane - he would leave from HOU Hobby in Houston.
