Tilly needs someone willing to take the time to work with her to gain her trust. Once she trusts you, she is very sweet and affectionate. It is suspected she is deaf and partially blind but she does respond well once she learns you are a safe person to be around. She will need to remain fully indoors. Her adoption fee includes everything involved with getting her to you (vet certificates, rabies vaccine, airline fee, adoption fee and carrier).
