Celia is a long haired beauty that loves spending time with people. She is happiest when she is being pet or held. Don't even think about passing her by without an adoring word or a scritch under her chin. She will politely remind you with a quick, soft meow to get your attention. If you would like a companion with purrfect manners and a sweet disposition, Celia is the one for you. She prefers people to other feline friends and would do best in a home without dogs.
