Ember was found as a tiny kitten near our home after a heavy rainstorm. Since then, she’s grown into a beautiful, healthy young cat, now about 9–10 months old. She’s been an indoor cat from the start and has adapted wonderfully to home life.
Ember has a sweet and calm demeanor. While she has playful bursts of energy, especially when she’s jumping in empty boxes & trash bags or chasing around with her best friend Nimbus (another young cat we rescued a month later), she’s usually found curled up in a cozy spot—her favorite is the couch.
While Ember isn’t the cuddliest cat, she enjoys being near her people and loves a good head or back scratch. Close a door, and you’ll likely find her loafed right outside, patiently waiting.
We’re looking for a calm, loving home for Ember—ideally one where she can stay with Nimbus or join another friendly feline. She would do best with someone who understands and appreciates her gentle personality and gives her the space to warm up at her own pace.
