When Cecil first came into foster care, he was battling a severe infection from neglected dental care, which caused a heart murmur. After antibiotics, a much-needed dental (including a few extractions), and starting a tiny daily medication, he’s feeling so much better! He now takes just 0.25 of a small pill twice a day to manage the murmur.

He may have early cataracts, but you'd never know — it doesn’t slow him down one bit. Cecil Dean is full of life, love, and ready for a home where he can be spoiled, adored, and cherished like he deserves.
