My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there… I’m Bagel! I’m a lively, affectionate boy with a playful spark that keeps life interesting! Whether I’m chasing toys, exploring my surroundings, or zooming around just for fun, I like to stay busy. But don’t worry — once I’ve burned off some energy, I’m more than happy to come over for cuddles and soak up all the love you’re willing to give.

I came to the shelter with my brother, Croissant, because our previous owner is moving and couldn’t take us along. We are best buds and do everything together. It’s been a big change for us and although we are not necessary bonded, we would love to go home together if possible!

I can be a little shy around children, so I’d likely do best in a home with adults or older, respectful kids who understand that sometimes I just need a little space. Give me patience, kindness, and a few fun toys, and I’ll reward you with affection, companionship, and plenty of entertaining antics. If you’re looking for a playful sweetheart to brighten your days, I might just be your perfect Bagel.
