Hello, I`m Croissant. I’m a shy but friendly boy who just needs a little time to feel comfortable. I absolutely love to play — especially with my brother Bagel! I’m much more confident when he’s by my side, and together we make the perfect playful pair.
I came to the shelter with my brother, Bagel, because our previous owner is moving and couldn’t take us along. We are best buds and do everything together. It’s been a big change for us and although we are not necessary bonded, we would love to go home together if possible!
With patience, love, and maybe my brother too, I’ll blossom into your sweet, fun-loving companion.

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
