Pepper is a loving, low-maintenance sweetheart who fits right in wherever he goes. He warms up quickly to new people and adjusts easily to new dogs, but his heart truly belongs to his humans. Belly rubs are his absolute favorite, and he’s not shy about rolling over to ask for more.
Pepper is very treat-motivated and eager to learn. He loves being close to his people and will happily try to climb into your lap or stand up to greet you when you get home. He naturally follows your lead—if you’re up and moving, he’s right there with you, and if you’re relaxing, he’s perfectly content cuddling nearby.
While he does well around other dogs with supervision, Pepper would truly shine as an only dog where he can soak up all the love and attention. Pepper would no doubt make the BEST companion dog for someone that needs a low maintenance, friendly, loyal, and loving pup.
