Hi, I'm Wild Tiger! I am a short haired grey tabby male born approximately 2/06/2018, and my story's been full of twists, turns, and one incredible journey. After living as an indoor/outdoor kitty most of my life, my owners moved to a new home. However, I really missed my previous neighborhood. I traveled 12 miles to find my way back to that old preferred neighborhood and showed up at the neighbor's house! That's just the kind of loyal guy I am. Life outside was tough. I had some rough encounters with other cats, but when that new family finally brought me to the vet, they gave me the care I needed, and found out I'm FeLV positive. That means I need to live indoors only now, which is just fine by me. I'm ready to leave the struggles of outdoor life behind and find a quiet, loving home where I can truly relax. I was previously adopted with another FeLV+ cat, but I learned that I'm really not into all the zoomies and high-energy antics. I'm a mellow companion who prefers calm vibes, sunny nap spots, and soaking up affection from my people. Because of that, I'd be happiest as the only cat in the home. I truly shine when I get one-on-one attention. I've met dogs before and I'm fine with respectful ones, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. And guess what? I'm great with kids too! One of my absolute favorite things is going for walks on a leash! Yep, I'm a proud adventure cat! I light up when that harness comes out, and I'll walk right beside you, exploring the world safely by your side. Indoors, I have a softer side. I adore my blankets and pillows, and I'll often bring them to you while meowing and chirping to let you know it's snuggle time. I'll make biscuits, purr contentedly, and lean right into your pets, especially if you're dishing out chin rubs and butt scratches (I'll even lift my hips to say "more please!"). I do take medication twice daily for arthritis in my front legs and spine, but I take it like a champ! I'm also a little overweight right now, so I'm on a special diet to help me feel my best. None of that slows me down when it's time for a walk or a good wand toy play session! What I want most is a safe, loving home where I can enjoy all the comfort and care I've earned. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle companion who will be your walking buddy and your soft, purring shadow indoors, I might just be the cat for you. Could you be the one to give me the home I've been searching for? If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I can't wait to meet you!
