We adopted Blondie from a shelter in Ukraine. When the war started, we brought her with us to the U.S. She’s approximately 9 years old (we’re not exactly sure). She’s a very calm and gentle cat—never scratches or bites.
She’s a bit shy and doesn’t like being held, but she’s affectionate in her own way—she’ll come lie next to you on the bed and keep you company. She loves relaxing by the window and spends most of her time resting quietly.
She’s very patient and great with kids—she never scratches, even when handled. With other pets, she may need some time to adjust, but eventually, she gets used to them.
She doesn’t scratch furniture, always uses the litter box, and adjusts well to new environments. She would be perfect for someone looking for a peaceful, low-energy cat with a sweet and gentle personality.
