Meet Janessa!

Janessa is an adorable little lovebug with a whole lot of personality packed into her tiny frame. She’s the definition of sweet and silly and always ready to bring a smile to your face with her goofy antics and playful energy. Whether she’s bounding through the yard with her siblings or wiggling into your lap for snuggles, Janessa is happiest when she’s spreading joy. Her foster family can’t get enough of her expressive eyes and constant determination to make them laugh. She’s small in size but huge in heart.

This precious girl is doing great with crate training and sleeps soundly through the night. Potty training is still a work in progress, but she’s on her way and eager to learn. Janessa loves spending time outside, exploring her surroundings, and then winding down with a good cuddle session. She thrives on connection and affection, and would love a home that will cherish her sweet nature, shower her with love, and enjoy all the silly moments she brings.

Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.

Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household.

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
