When he first arrived at his current foster home, he spent over a week hiding and only came out when no one was around. Now, he confidently moves through his foster home, enjoys lap time on the couch, and even spoons his foster mom while she sleeps. 🥹
He’s still naturally shy and will need an adopter who is patient and understands that trust takes time. But once you’ve earned his trust, Licorice becomes a loving, loyal companion who genuinely misses his people when they’re away.

All potential adopters are required to complete a comprehensive application and interview, and will need to supply proper identification, as well as personal and veterinary references. Our adoption fee is $150 for kittens 6 months or younger, and $125 for any cat over six months of age. Our fee includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccines to-date of adoption, and a microchip. Once approved, all adopters are required to sign an adoption contract.
