Bowser is an adorable, happy lowrider. He is great with kids, ok with cats and good with some other dogs (slow introductions always recommend). Bowser is young and would benefit from a strong leader who can guide him to be their best buddy. He is a true Bully... stubborn, with a rough play style. But also very loving and loyal. He loves to be with his person. Bowser loves car rides and snuggling with his people.

Rescued from a "shelter" in California... he's currently with a foster family in Washington.
