Meow! My name is Foxy Girl, and my estimated date of birth is May 11, 2024. True to my name, I’m a charming little lady with a bright spirit, a playful heart, and a whole lot of love to give.

I’m incredibly affectionate and thrive on human connection. Speak to me softly, and I’ll return the sentiment with a slow blink and a gentle squint—my special way of smiling back at you. I’m curious by nature and easily entertained, especially when there are toys involved! Whether I’m chasing balls across the floor or leaping gracefully after a wand toy, I bring a spark of joy to every room I enter.

Though still young myself, I was a devoted and nurturing mother to my kittens. While they no longer need me to care for them, I still enjoy their company and take pride in having raised them well. Now it’s my turn to be cherished—I’m ready to find a forever home of my own.

I do need a little time to adjust to new spaces and people, so a patient and understanding home will help me feel safe as I settle in. Once I do, my affectionate and playful nature will blossom beautifully. I get along well with other cats and respectful dogs, and I’d prefer a relaxed home with calm children who understand how to give me space as I acclimate.

I’m currently in a loving foster home, where I’m enjoying all the comforts of indoor life and learning what it means to be truly cared for. Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
