What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
My beautiful cat Pumpkin is currently 4 years old and is going to be turning 5 in October. She is an all black cat who needs a patient and loving home and possibly a place to roam outside. Unfortunately, she is not getting along with my Dad's older cat in the same home so I want to re-home her to a new loving home. Also, I am in college and cannot have her with me here.
She is super loving but only on her own terms. She does not always love random petting or being picked up for too long. However, when she feels like it, she often climbs and rests on top of me while I am sitting or laying down.
Pumpkin is likely best for a single-cat home, with possible access to an outdoor setting. She has lived with two other cats as well as a dog before and she was not a big fan of them being around. She is well-trained with the litter box.
She is not updated on all shots but is spayed and perfectly fit and healthy. She is very active and energetic.
