Therese', a beautiful dilute calico, was formerly a barn cat who became pregnant "in the hay".  She delivered 6 kittens exactly one week later in our foster home where everyone was safe and well cared for.   .

After all her babies were adopted, we tried to introduce her to other cats and that failed miserably.  She has had to be housed separately in her own human suite and is purrfectly fine until another cat  accidentally gets in her room.  Then her attack mode sets in!  MUST be only cat and probably only pet. She spends her day watching the neighborhood activities from her lofty window but expresses joy when people come in to see her.

Therese' is a loving companion for her foster, yearning to be petted, snuggling close and enjoying the undivided attention of her sleeping foster mom. When it's time for bed, she jumps on the bed to indicate where her human should lie down, sometimes trying to share the same space.  She is a polite roommate to foster mom and only seeks her petting when she believes she is awake.  She has a strange  7th sense about that  and is now a foster favorite and will be sorely missed once adopted!  But MUST BE ONLY PET.!!!
