Sprinter is a typical Roborovski hamster who sleeps all day and arises at night to play and explore. He's not fond of being held but isn't afraid of hands in his cage. His preference is to receive plenty of foraging opportunities as well as different textures to sprint on and enjoy. He currently has a fully enriched cage that he loves a lot while living in the rescue so his adopter has the option to purchase it or create one that is equally awesome. There was a need in our community for a small animal rescue as well as care education for these amazing, often overlooked pets, so Home Sweet Hammy Home was established. Our goal is to teach updated care to anyone interested, take in as many as we have room and supplies for and create suitable habitats that our rescues can thrive in. We will then make these available to adopters if they don't have a proper one of their own.
