My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jonesy! Lovingly known as Joe, Jonathan B, Bonesly , Lil spotted boy

This 3-year-old, 50 lb Pit Bull/Boxer mix is a burst of energy, playfulness, and affection — with a hilarious vocal side! Jonesy tells you exactly when he’s ready for playtime or cuddles (no guessing games here).

Why We Adore Him:
Toy Destroyer Extraordinaire – Fluffy squeaky toys? The squeakers are his favorite — he lives for the thrill of the hunt!
Sniffari Enthusiast – Loves exploring on walks, nose to the ground like a furry detective.
Cuddle Bug – After a fun day, he’ll glue himself to you all night like a warm, snoozy weighted blanket.

Dream Home:
No other pets – Jonesy wants to be your #1 (and only) superstar!
Active family or individual who enjoys playtime + adventure (but also serious couch snuggles).
Patient humans who appreciate his big personality (and bigger heart!).

Perfect For: Someone who wants a loyal, expressive, and loving goofball who’s equal parts playful and affectionate.

More about this rescue

We started out fighting for our baby boy, Lucci, who was killed due to Airport Animal Emergi-Center Clinic's breed prejudice. When he was killed, we make a promise that no bully would be left behind. Now we try to save as many bullies as we can!
