My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Let`s talk about Lola, the one-eyed Pitbull/Bulldog mix that steals hearts wherever her chunky body struts off to.

She didn`t get a very nice start to life. Losing an eye is just part of the story. So she spent some important puppy development time in a shelter environment, which is not ideal. She`s still a foster and volunteer fave and here`s why:

She walks great on a leash, gets in and out of the car well (unless it`s high, and she`s a short stack) and is very social. She loves playing with other rowdy dogs, like her friend Henri. She spent the majority of the last day of Fiesta in the funk zone meeting a bunch of different strangers and did well. Her underbite is A+ adorable and her markings and coat are absolutely beautiful. But like a Middle Schooler who`s the popular girl, she`s still learning. Her ideal home is one with Bully experience who knows you can`t let the teenagers rule the roost!
