My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a mellow, loving companion who’s all about cuddles and cozy vibes? Meet Koko, a true gentleman with a heart full of love and a purr that just won’t quit. When Koko first arrived in foster care, he was a little shy and fearful; however, it only took a couple of days for his sweet, trusting nature to really shine through. Now, he’s a total cuddlebug who lives for affection — start petting or brushing him and he’ll instantly roll over to show his belly in delight.

At nine years old, Koko still has quite a playful personality! He’s a chatty guy who will let you know when he hasn’t had enough playtime (especially before bed). His feather wand and laser pointer are his absolute favorites. While he`s not super food motivated and prefers to eat and drink when the house is quiet (usually at night), he’ll never turn down attention and affection. Koko is incredibly gentle — even when receiving his least-favorite thing (his anti-nausea pill), he never scratches, bites, or hisses. Koko requires a special diet and has been truly thriving now that he has received the proper care he deserves. He’s comfortable being picked up and handled, and he’d do well in a home with children who are respectful of his calm nature. Koko has not been tested with other cats or dogs.

Koko is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can enjoy the companionship of someone who appreciates the quiet charm of this purr-fect sweetheart. Koko has so much love to offer and will undoubtedly be a wonderful addition to your home. If you want to be Koko’s forever cuddle buddy, please reach out to Team Cat Rescue today!
