My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scooter is ready to find his family 🤍🩶

This handsome guy is 11 months old and is really becoming a lap cat! He was trapped as a younger kitten and was quite spicy at the time. His fosters never gave up on him and he’s turned into a completely different cat!

Scooter runs up to greet people and comes when he is called. He often jumps in laps to be pet and enjoys getting attention.

Scooter gets along well with other cats and likes to untie shoes - he even teaches his friends to do the same 😹 He is a good helper and tries hard to clean with you when it’s time.

More about this rescue

Five Friends Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based animal welfare organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters, strays, and owner surrenders. We provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter and positive behavior training. We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
