Loki is an affectionate, energetic boy who loves to be where the action is—usually right next to you! He’ll follow you from room to room, ready to curl up in your lap or snuggle under your chin at any opportunity. This sweet guy absolutely adores his toys and playtime, but what he loves most is being close to his people.
Loki can get a little overexcited when it’s mealtime, but he’s learning patience and doing a great job with it. He’s also great with kids—he’s been living with a 2-year-old and an 8-year-old and seems to prefer the older child’s calmer energy.
While Loki gets along well with other cats (he’s adjusted nicely to a male feline friend), he is not a fan of dogs. He’s also quite the talker, so if you like a chatty companion, he’s your guy! Car rides, however, are not his favorite—expect some vocal protests in the carrier.
Overall, Loki is a sweet, loving, and sometimes silly boy who just wants to be part of everything you do. If you’re looking for a snuggly, loyal, and playful companion, Loki might be the perfect match!

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
