My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rum is a darling black kitten with a soft, sweet presence and a touch of shyness that makes her all the more endearing. She’s been watching the world from a safe distance, taking cues from the other cats in the room, and day by day she’s learning that people can be kind and worth getting closer to. She’s curious in her own quiet way — the kind of kitten who peeks around corners, studies you from afar, and slowly inches forward when she feels brave. With patience, gentle voices, and the reassurance of feline friends, Rum is steadily opening up and showing what a nice girl she truly is. Rum will thrive in a calm home that understands shy kittens blossom best with time, kindness, and a little encouragement. She’s ready to keep growing her confidence with someone who sees the sweetness already shining through.
