Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The difference in adopting a puppy vs an adult or juvenile dog is, the older they are, the more of their true personality shows. Sunny was adopted as a tiny puppy, and all in all it was not the best match so he came back to the shelter, a much larger 8 month old catahoula and shepherd mix, probably 55-60 lbs . Sunny is a good boy but can be anxious and needs an experienced dog owner to be his leader, firm and fair. Sunny previously did well living with another dog but kids were a bit challenging, so ideally older children, also dog savvy. From my brief time with him during photos he was highly food motivated, gentle taking treats , good on leash and happy to get attention. Just looking at him, you can see he’s special. But he needs someone equally special that has the knowledge and determination to make Sunny the best dog ever and make him shine like the sun. Please share and help him find the ONE he’s meant to be with.
Adoption fee: ---Included is spay/neuter, microchip and age appropriate core vaccines.
