My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Izzy 💕
At 7.5 years old, Izzy is the perfect blend of mellow and playful. This American Bulldog mix is pure love wrapped in a short, stocky body-her favorite things in the world? Affection, booty scritches, and a cozy place to nap after a quick game of fetch.

Izzy may be a little slower these days, but that doesn't stop her from lighting up when toys come out or when someone shows her a little love. She's got prior experience with housetraining and kennel training, which makes settling in that much easier.

Izzy would thrive in a calm home without young children,cats-just a quiet space and a loving heart to call her own. We are completely smitten with this girl and know her forever person is out there.

Izzy is enjoying life in a foster home where she is polishing her manners and showing us how special of a dog she truly his. Her foster family gives us tons of great insight into who Izzy is. Want to meet her? Give us a call at 208-234-6156 or email pokypets@pocatello.gov and we will set up a visit.
