Meet Nala, an absolutely gorgeous, rare, 4-year-young orange tabby girl! This sweetheart is looking for a new forever home because her family has some personal medical issues and they can no longer take care of her. :( That said, Nala herself is very healthy, quite gentle, and ever so sweet.
Nala is good with children and hasn’t really been around dogs or other cats. We are all hoping to find her a new family where she will be loved deeply. Nala would do best with someone who can give her lots of attention and play time. She would be a really good family cat!

Our adoption fee is: $110 for a cat or kitten; $150 for a pair; $80 for a senior (8+yrs). This fee helps us to pay for testing (FIV/Leukemia), vaccines, parasite treatment, spay/neuter & microchipping, as well as anything else the cats might need while in our care. Seniors may need blood work or a dental care. Having all come together in the last few years and finding that we had the same passion to help cats, we started thinking about the possibilities of putting our various expertise to work in creating something wonderful. While Jake's Place is a relatively new organization, our work goes back 14 years and our energy and drive is stronger than ever. We are committed to rescuing responsibly, fostering in loving & caring homes and finding the best possible forever homes.
