This is our sweet mama dog. Mama has an unknown past and came to us as a stray with three delightful puppies. She was the best mama, so patient and gentle with her babies; they've all found loving homes. Mama needs a home that can show her patience and gentleness and affection. Her nature is sweet and friendly, but she can be wary and defensive at first, especially with men. It's hard to tell if she's ever been a house dog, but if she wasn't before, she is now! She's quickly come to appreciate a soft sofa and warm snuggles. It took a few weeks for Mama to trust us and get used to our family and its routines, but patience pays off, as she's come to love me, my husband, our young daughter, and our three other dogs. As she's come out of her shell, Mama has enjoyed playing with our young male dogs. She is happy to run and chase, but just as happy to settle down next to her human and be loved on. Let's help find Mama a loving home!

I have been rescuing dogs for over 20 years. We just decided in the last year we would become a full rescue to save and adopt out dogs. We work with local shelters save dogs that go on the list to be euthanized. We also take in strays, owner surrenders, and some farm animals. We have wonderful fosters that help to care for our animals. We do all we can to save and find homes for as many pets as possible.
