This gentle soul has a laid-back nature and thrives in a peaceful environment. Though he may be a little reserved at first, it doesn’t take long for him to warm up—especially if you have a squeaky toy or a few tasty treats to share! Smart and eager to please, Ares knows his basic commands and loves showing them off for snacks. He’s both house-trained and crate-trained, making him an easy fit for the right home. True to his hound roots, he loves being outdoors, sniffing out new scents, and exploring the world around him. A fenced yard or daily walks and adventures would be perfect for him. Because of his strength on the leash, Ares will need an owner who can confidently handle him. They come with vaccinations (Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper), are dewormed, on heartworm prevention, microchipped, heartworm tested, and spay/neutered. Upon intake, they also have an initial wellness exam to screen for any pre-existing conditions. Their adoption fee is $300.
SENIORS
Senior dogs are dogs that are 7 years old and up. They come with vaccinations (Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper), are dewormed, on heartworm prevention, microchipped, heartworm tested, and if age allows spay/neutered. Upon intake, they also have an initial wellness exam to screen for any pre-existing conditions. Their adoption fee is $100.
PUPPIES
