We are seeking a committed, experienced dog handler to rehome our 4-year-old Australian Shepherd. He is a beautiful, intelligent dog with a strong herding instinct and a lot of potential in the right environment.

Temperament: Loyal and energetic, but anxious and reactive
Behavioral Notes: Prone to reactivity around new people, and will lunge at moving vehicles. He is not suitable for a home with children or other inexperienced individuals.
Ideal Home: A quiet, structured environment—preferably a farm—where he has space to roam and work without constant exposure to triggers.
Special Needs: He struggles with anxiety and requires a calm, consistent routine and an owner with experience in behavior management and training.
He is up to date on all his shots.
This is a difficult decision, and we are looking for someone who truly understands the breed and can offer him the time, space, and patience he needs to thrive. He’s not an easy dog, but in the right hands, he has the potential to be a wonderful companion.
