My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nimbus is a sweetheart! Born in January of 2022, he weighs about 44 lbs. He loves to play with other dogs and gets along well with large and small buddies whether male or female. Nimbus rides great in the car and walks well on a leash. He is a gentleman and makes friends easily. Not a pushy boy, Nimbus is just so polite with new people you can't help but fall in love. He is a happy fellow and welcomes playing or just hanging out. He likes the water and gets into his doggy pool on hot days to cool off after a good game of chase with his pals. Short and stocky, Nimbus is a handsome guy with his slick black coat and white accents. Looking into his big brown eyes so full of love and adoration, you can't help but want him to be part of your life. So welcome into your home and your heart!

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
